Creative BioMart is a well-known expert specializing in the application of advanced phage display technology to accelerate the release of protein engineering. With years of experience, we are able to provide T7 phage display system service based on phage display technology to precisely meet customer requirements.
T7 phage is a polyhedral phage that infects E. coli and has a short tail that cannot shrink. Its genome is linear double-stranded DNA. Unlike lambda phage, DNA does not have a single-stranded terminal region. The capsid protein of T7 phage usually has two forms, namely 10A (344 amino acid residues) and 10B (397 amino acid residues). The 10B capsid protein domain exists on the surface of the phage, so it is used to construct a phage display system. The T7 phage display system helps to reveal the mechanism of molecular interaction, especially in the fields of antigen discovery, vaccine development, protein interaction, and cancer diagnosis and treatment.
The advantage of the T7 phage system we provide is that it can display 50 amino acid residues in high copy quantity, and 1200 amino acid residues in low copy quantity (0.1-1/phage) or medium copy quantity (5-15/phage).
The T7 phage system we provide is widely used to screen proteins with different molecular weights and different affinities.
