Protein Purification Service
Proteins generally exist as complex mixtures in tissues or cells. Each type of cell contains thousands of different proteins. To study a particular protein, it is necessary to isolate and purify the protein from the organism. Creative BioMart has extensive experience and methodologies in protein purification technology, allowing us to accelerate your project by providing a protein purification service.
Protein purification should take advantage of the inherent similarities and differences between different proteins. On the one hand, the similarity between various proteins is used to remove the contamination of non-protein substances. On the other hand, the differences between multiple proteins, such as protein size, shape, charge, hydrophobicity, solubility, biological activity, etc., purify the protein of interest from the lysis mixture.

Protein Purification Service
Natural Protein Purification Service
- Isolation and purification of natural macromolecular proteins. The service selects molecular sieves with appropriate pore sizes to separate and purify proteins and uses anionic and cationic adsorption columns and HLPC to identify and collect purified products.
- Isolation and purification of natural small molecule proteins. First, multi-level separation and filtration are combined with molecular sieves to remove macromolecular impurities, combined with macroporous resin or reversed resin to purify small molecular proteins, and HPLC and MS are used to identify and purify small molecular protein products.
- Separation and purification of mixed unknown protein samples. According to the actual situation of the experimental samples, a corresponding scheme is formulated for separation and purification, and the isolated products are confirmed by various schemes such as MS identification and activity identification.
Recombinant Protein Purification Service
- Recombinant protein delabeling and isolation and purification. We will purify recombinant proteins by commercial affinity purification resins such as Ni columns, GST-Beads, etc., isolate and purify recombinant proteins with tags such as His, GST, SUMO, MBP, etc., and obtain recombinant proteins with purity over 90%.
- Purification of label-free recombinant proteins. We will be able to provide you with the appropriate purification service using either an antibody affinity purification method, or we can also choose a method similar to natural protein purification.
- Inclusion body denaturation and renaturation purification. We will provide this service by selecting reagents such as urea, guanidine hydrochloride, detergent, extreme pH, etc. according to the different properties of proteins to guarantee the maximum obtaining of denatured proteins in a monomeric state.
- Endotoxin removal and detection. Endotoxin control and removal are based on the endotoxin-binding peptide purification resin, which needs to be controlled from the beginning of protein preparation experiments.
- Antibody purification. We will use the different binding properties of Protein A and Protein G to purify monoclonal antibodies by binding to the Fc fragment of immunoglobulin IgG with high affinity. Or use the specific interaction between antibody and antigen to accurately separate specific antibodies with high-affinity antigen specificity from antibody impurities, which are generally used for the purification of polyclonal antibodies and recombinant antibodies.
