Mammalian cell expression system is an expression system for complex glycosylated proteins, which can guide the correct folding of proteins and make proteins undergo complex N-glycosylation and accurate O-glycosylation and other modifications. Finally, the expression product that is closest to the natural higher biological protein molecule in terms of molecular structure, physicochemical properties and biological function is obtained. In terms of activity, it is far superior to prokaryotic expression systems and eukaryotic expression systems such as yeast and insect cells, and is closer to natural proteins. This technology is widely used in recombinant antibody preparation and gene function research. With the help of mammalian expression systems, many important proteins and glycoproteins can be prepared and produced in large quantities. For example, coagulation factor VIII, interferon, hepatitis B surface antigen, erythropoietic hormone, human growth hormone, human anticoagulant III and so on.

  • Target Gene Sequence Analysis and Codon Optimization. The customer needs to provide the target gene sequence information, and we design the relevant primer sequences according to the customer's experimental requirements, optimize the mRNA structure according to the codon degeneracy, and improve the expression of mammalian system proteins.
  • Construction of the Vector. Subsequently, we clone the target gene into a high-expression vector, and provide services such as plasmid preparation and plasmid sequencing.
  • Transient Transfection of Cells. Transient transfection can obtain a certain amount of soluble protein in a short period of time, which can be used for rapid expression of gene products and small-scale production of proteins.
  • Screening of Stable Cell Lines. We will screen for successfully transfected cells. Stable cells in which the foreign gene enters the recipient cell and integrates into the chromosome are screened out. The stable cell line enables the host cells to express the target gene for a long time, which can be used in various research fields, or for the industrial-scale production of the target protein/antibody.
