Creative BioMart is a well-known expert who is committed to developing a variety of protein therapies to improve the effectiveness and safety of protein therapy, and to allow the production of new types of proteins and effects. With years of experience, we provide customized services for antibody as protein therapeutics to precisely meet customer requirements.

Introduction of Therapeutic Monoclonal Antibody

Antibodies are a multifunctional component of the immune system. Antibodies promote a variety of cellular and humoral responses to various antigens, including host (self) and foreign material antigens. Due to high specificity and few side effects, therapeutic antibodies have become the main new drug category developed in recent years. Since 1985, approximately 100 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) have been designated as drugs. Available monoclonal antibodies are directed against a large number of antigens for the treatment of immune diseases, reversing the effects of drugs and cancer treatment.

Services

Monoclonal antibodies have become a hot spot in medical research. After initial discoveries through animal immunization, display-based selection, recombinant library screening, or rational engineering, these molecules usually involve optimizing their ability to bind to disease-related molecular targets (antigens). Computational methods provide supplementary strategies for affinity optimization, but face the huge challenge of predicting complex phenomena. As a leading service provider of protein engineering, Creative BioMart has established a powerful antibody-based protein therapeutics platform, providing high-quality services for antibody humanization, affinity maturation, single-domain antibody generation, epitope positioning, and helping to select improved/regulated antibodies and others mutants with affinity for biological agents.

Therapeutic antibodies can identify specific proteins or molecules involved in pathogenesis, providing an effective choice for treatment. The therapeutic antibodies we provide can be divided into two categories:

  • Naked antibodies: naked antibodies work through several different mechanisms, including mediating pathways, directly targeting cancer cells to induce apoptosis, targeting the tumor microenvironment, or targeting immune checkpoints for direct disease treatment.
  • Modified antibodies: additional modifications have been made through antibodies, including immune cytokines, antibody-drug conjugates, antibody-radionuclide conjugates, bispecific antibodies, immunoliposomes and chimeric antigen receptors T cell (CAR-T) to improve its therapeutic value.

Our scientists are committed to developing various technologies related to the production of therapeutic antibodies. According to your needs, we produce customized therapeutic antibodies for you. Our technology includes:

  1. Chimeric antibody technology
  2. Humanized technology
  3. Phage display technology
  4. Transgenic mouse technology
  5. Single B cell antibody technology
  6. Affinity maturation method

Monoclonal antibodies have become one of the main therapeutic agents for the treatment of many human diseases, especially cancer, immune, infection, neurological and metabolic diseases. Creative BioMart is committed to designing customized therapeutic monoclonal antibodies for global biopharmaceutical companies. We will work with you to develop the most appropriate strategy and provide the most meaningful data for your research for accelerating the research of life sciences.
