Work Talent:

Freshly graduated Ph.D., post-doctoral experience, more than 3 years of experience in the field of protein engineering technology is preferred.

Job Description:

1. Technical experience includes small-scale to gram-level protein expression and purification, as well as technical experience in the following fields: protein structure, molecular modeling, protein engineering and molecular biology, protein purification and/or biological analysis and characterization, etc.
2. A record of innovation and scientific rigor, strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to make constructive contributions to discussions.
3. Goal-oriented, organized, able to prioritize multiple projects, and able to execute according to a timetable that meets the company's goals.

Protein Engineering Supervisor

Work Talent:

Ph.D. Graduates in molecular biology, biotechnology, bioengineering or other biological sciences related disciplines, and have at least 3 years of rich work experience in other biochemical CRO/CMO companies.

Job Description:

1. Having expertise in computational protein design, and have capabilities in protein engineering, cloning, expression, purification, and characterization of macromolecular drug candidates.
2. Developing and implementing innovative technologies to promote new protein design/engineering and molecular cloning.
3. As a scientific leader with the ability to promote innovation, lead projects and teams, solve complex technical problems, and work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Job Title:

Experimental Scientist

Work Talent:

Ph.D. Graduates in molecular biology, biotechnology, bioengineering or other biological sciences related disciplines, and have at least 3 years of rich work experience in other biochemical CRO/CMO companies.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for structurally guided silicon protein optimization projects using molecular modeling and simulation software and appropriate laboratory tests.
2. Conduct research and feasibility analysis of the proposed protein engineering project, and participate in the formulation of the plan, timetable and cost of the designated project/program.
3. Monitor and perform the detection of biophysical properties and biological activity of screening engineering molecules.
4. Check, organize, analyze and report the data generated.
